What is a General Jural Assembly?

What can we do?  Where does our authority come from?

 

     

The Florida General Jural Assembly, FGJA, is an organization of the people of Florida to return the state’s government to it’s Constitutional founding of 1789. It obtains its authority from the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution, “…. the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” 

 

     Prior to the Civil War, Assemblies were the basis of County Government.

This action is fully supported by President Donald Trump and our Military.

The Purpose of the State and County Assemblies:

 

1. Debate motions of Constitutional violations by government and write Resolutions for presentation to government.

2. Direct Public Servants.

3. Present public grievances for redress to government.

It is necessary to assemble 75% of a states counties of the original state charter,  to be a fully settled state. To assemble a county, it requires a minimum of thirteen members.
