A Jural Assembly is a body politic that has the lawful authority to come together, and address, issues within their communities; every member has a vote, there is no leader of the Assembly, as everything is put to a vote and decided as a whole.

There are no party affiliations.

The Assemblies start at the county (local) level and send representatives to their local State Assembly, and from there to the National Assembly.

They have the authority to impanel Grand Juries that act as Quality Assurance for their community, at each level, as well as direct-oversight of their government.
